CARAMEL APPLE PIE COOKIE BARS

- 21 oz apple pie filling (or any desired flavor)
- pillsbury ready to bake big deluxe refrigerated oatmeal raisin cookies
- caramels or 2-3 tbls caramel sauce
1Heat oven to 350.
Line 8" square pan with cooking parchment paper.
2Press 9 cookies evenly in bottom of pan to create crust.
Top with pie filling.
Crumble remaining 3 cookies over pie filling.
3Bake 45 minutes or until edges are bubbly.
Remove from oven to cooling rack.
Cool completely, about 20 minutes
4NOTE: To make caramel drizzle, microwave caramels on high about 1 minute, or until melted. Drizzle over cooled bars.
Cut into bars.
