Butterscotch Pudding No Bake Cookies

- evaporated milk
- 1 box
- 3 oz. instant butterscotch pudding
- 3 1/2 c
- quick cooking oats
1Combine 1st three ingredients in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.
2Remove from heat and add pudding mix. Stir to combine.
3Add quick oats, mix thoroughly and let cool for 15 minutes.
4Drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper and let cool and set.
