Butter Rum & Caramel Cake Mix Cookies

- 1 box
- yellow cake mix
- 1/3 c
- butter, melted
- 2 tsp
- rum extract
- 1 tsp
- caramel extract
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and spray cookie sheet generously with vegetable spray.
2In a stand mixer, mix the ingredients until well blended, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl. Dough will be thick.
3Make 1-1/2 inch balls and place on the cookie sheet. Flatten each ball with the palm of your hand; but don't squish them down real flat!
4Place sheet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven; they will not look brown, and don't touch them, as they will be too soft. Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes. Remove to cooling rack to cool. Serve! Yummy!
NOTE: These would be really good with some toffee bits sprinkled on top...(I didn't have any at the time)!
