Ingredients

2 c
sugar
2 c
brown sugar
4
eggs
2 c
vegetable oil (or butter, softened - recommended)
2 tsp
vanilla
4 c
flour
2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
salt
4 c
corn flakes
1- 1.5 c
rolled oats
1 c
coconut
1 can(s)
dates or nuts (optional)

Step-By-Step

1In large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients to include flour, soda, salt, corn flakes, oats,coconut and nuts. Set aside.
2In separate bowl cream together sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil (or butter), vanilla. Add eggs one at time, mixing well after each addition.
3Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients blending well. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
