Dark Chocolate Fiber One Haystacks

This was originally a weight watcher recipe but theirs included peanut butter and regular chocolate chips. Using the 60% cacao makes them feel a bit healthier as well as taste better!

Ingredients

10 oz
dk chocolate (i use ghirardelli 60% cacao
1 bag(s)
fiber one cereal (2 bags/16.2 oz box)

Step-By-Step

1Melt chocolate according to package directions. Microwave works great!
2Once it is smooth and shiny, stir in cereal
3Drop onto wax paper lined tray
Note: be sure it fits in the refrigerator!
4Place in refrigerator until set. Can be stored in fridge but is not necessary once set.
