I made this for a Christmas Party and everyone raved about how wonderful it was! It's so smooth and creamy.

Ingredients For chocolate mousse

1 pkg(5 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate, melted

2egg yolks, slightly beaten

1/4 cheavy cream

1 tspvanilla extract

3egg whites

1/4 cgranulated sugar
How To Make chocolate mousse

1Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave oven. Remove from heat. Combine egg yolks and cream and gradually add chocolate, stirring rapidly. Add vanilla and mix well.

2Beat egg whites with sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold egg whites into chocolate mixture. Spoon mousse into decorative mold or individual dessert cups. Chill at least 2 hours.
