Ingredients

1 pkg
(12 oz) milk chocolate morsels
1 tsp
fresh brewed coffee, cooled
2/3 c
sour cream
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 tsp
salt
3 c
sifted confectioners sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

Place morsels in microwave safe bowl, and heat on high for 10 seconds.

Stir to make sure all chocolate is melted.

If necessary, zap for an additional time 5 seconds at a time

Remove from microwave and stir in coffee until well blended.

Set aside until cooled

When cooled, add all other ingredients and mix well with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Will frost two 8 or 9 inch layers.
