3 oz
chocolate flavored almond bark
1/3 cup + 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1/3 c
powdered sugar
1 tsp
ground cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp
ground cumin powder
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
chocolate extract
1/3 c
ground pretzels
2 Tbsp
finely chopped peanuts or pretzels
3 oz
semi sweet chocolate chopped
1 Tbsp


Step 1 Direction Photo

1In a microwave, melt 3 oz. almond bark 30 seconds.

2Stir in peanut butter until smooth.

3Add the confectioners' sugar, spices, extracts, and ground pretzels.

4Shape into balls using a 1 tbsp measure; set aside.

5In a microwave, melt chocolate and shortening; stir until smooth.

6Dip balls in chocolate then; allow excess to drip off. Place on a wire rack over waxed paper and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and pretzels; let stand until set, about 15 minutes.
