Ingredients For cocoa cheesecake

  • graham crust (below)
  • 2 pkg
    8 ounces each cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make cocoa cheesecake

    Prepare Graham Crust: Combine 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1/3 cup melted butter. Press mixture onto bottom and halfway up side of 9 inch springform pan. Set aside.

    Beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, the cocoa, and 1 teaspoon vanilla in large mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs; blend well. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. remove from oven; cool for 15 minutes.

    Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla; stir until smooth. Spread evenly over baked filling. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Cool; chill several hours or overnight,
