Make cake as directed on package. Bake in 2 or 4 round pans. Cool completely. If baked in 2 round pans cut each cake in half to make 4 layers
Mix the peanut butter with the whip cream. Frost each layer with the cool whip and peanut butter mixture topping each layer with the peanut butter chips, peanuts, and drizzle with chocolate and caramel syrup.
do not frost the sides of the cake. Once the cake is completely assembled frost the sides of the cake with the canned frosting.
