Ingredients

1/2 c
butter, softened
1-1/2 c
light brown sugar
1 c
canned pumpkin
3
eggs
2 c
flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1/4 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
nuymeg
1
21 oz can apple pie filling
whipped cream

Step-By-Step

1In lg bowl, beat butter and brown sugar. Beat in pumpkin and eggs. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2Slowly beat butter mix into flour mix. Spoon pie filling into 6-quart slow cooker. Pour batter over filling. Cover, cook on high for 1-1/2 hrs. Garnish w/ whipped cream.
3Just a suggestion, but I always spray the inside of the slow cooker w/ cooking spray to prevent sticking.
