Ingredients

1 c
sugar
1/2 c
butter, softened
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
2
eggs
2 c
all purpose flour
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
2/3 c
root beer

Step-By-Step

1Combine all cake ingredients and blend on low speed.Increase to medium speed an bear for another 3 minutes

2Pour into a greased and floured 8x12 and bake 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

3FROSTING; 1/4 cup butter softened,1/8 teaspoon salt,2 cups confectioners sugar,2-4 tablespoons milk,1/3 cup rootbeer chilled.Beat together butter,salt,confectioners sugar,and milk.Add enough rootbeer to make frosting spreadable.
