Who doesn't love brownies and peanut butter cups! Hmm!

Ingredients For rocky top brownies

  • 1 pkg
    (19 oz) pkg brownie mix
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 pkg
    (13 oz) pkg miniature chocolate-covered peanut butter cups, coarse lay chopped

How To Make rocky top brownies

  • 1
    Stir together the first 3 ingredients until blended.Spoon batter into a greased and floured 9X13 inch pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 23 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven, and sprinkle chopped peanut butter cups over brownies evenly. Return to oven, and bake 2 minutes.

    Remove from oven, and cool completely on a wire rack. Cut brownies into squares.
