Delicious!! That pretty much sums it up! I have been making these for many years and swear there isnt anything better out there for a pumpkin bar. Trust me!

Ingredients

1 - 15oz can(s)
pumpkin
1 c
vegetable oil
4
eggs
2 c
white sugar
2 c
all purpose flour
2 tsp
baking powder
2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
3 tsp
pumpkin pie spice

Beat pumpkin, oil, eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add dry ingredients and mix well

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 15x10 jelly roll pan and pour mixture into pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and frost with a cream cheese frosting, cool whip or any topping of your choice. I use a cream cheese frosting which consists of the following:



1- 8oz. Cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
3-4 cups powdered sugar
2-3 TLBS. milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat together ingredients on low speed until nice and smooth. You can add more powdered sugar or milk if you need too. This makes plenty of frosting.
