Ingredients

16 oz
box yellow or lemon cake mix
3 oz
pkg. vanilla or lemon instant pudding mix
1/4 c
poppy seeds
4 large
eggs
1/2 c
vegetable oil
1 c
hot water

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350^. Line bottom of 2- 8x5-inch loaf pans ,with wax paper ,then spray pan; set aside.

2In your large mixer bowl combine the cake mix and pudding mix dry. Blend .
Add the vegetable oil, and hot water.Mix well to blend. Add poppy seeds and eggs.

3Beat mixture for 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour evenly into the 2 prepared pans. Bake for 45 minutes or until tested done with wooden toothpick.
