Ingredients For peanut bites

  • 10 oz
    pound cake
  • 10 oz
    container vanilla frosting
  • 3/4 c
    chopped, salted peanuts
  • whole peanuts

How To Make peanut bites

  • 1
    Cut pound cake into 1-inch cubes. In a small saucepan, melt frosting over low heat. Dip cake cubes into frosting, roll sides of cake in chopped peanuts. Top each with whole peanut. Let stand until set. Makes 4 servings.
