1Preheat oven to 350 F. In a mixture bowl, cream together shortening, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat in the 3 eggs one at a time, stir in vanilla.
2In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; blend in into sugar mixture. Stir in oreo cookies and 1 cup of chocolate chips. Set aside.
3In a mixture bowl, mix together cream cheese and 1/4 cup white sugar. Mix in the 2 eggs. Spread 1/2 oreo batter in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Pour cream cheese batter on top of dough. Drop pieces of the remaining oreo batter over filling. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly brown on top. Cool completely before cutting ino the bars.
4In a microwave safe bowl, heat the remaining chocolate chips until melted. Drizzle chocolate over the bars.
