this is the most moist pound cake I have ever put inside my mouth.

Ingredients

3 stick
margarine
3 c
sugar
3 1/2 c
all purpose flour (white lily) does best
8
egg whites
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
baking powder
3 tsp
lemon extract
1 tsp
vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Cream margarine and sugar.Add egg whites.1 at a time blend well.Add baking powder and salt.beat well.Add vanilla and lemon extract blend well.then add 1/2 cup milk and half the flour beat for five minutes.Then add the rest of the milk and flour.Beat 10minutes or more spray tube pan with baker's joy.Pour mixture into pan.Bake at 325 degress for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until fork is inserted and comes out clean.Remove from pan.Cover while hot with plastic wrap.Cool and enjoy.
