Ingredients For mocha fudge pudding cake

  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1
    block (1 ounce) unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 c
    hot strong coffee
  • ice cream

How To Make mocha fudge pudding cake

    Combine 3/4 cup sugar, the flour, baking powder, and salt in medium mixing bowl. Melt butter with baking chocolate in small saucepan over low heat; add to dry ingredients with milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan.

    Combine 1/2 cup sugar, the brown sugar, and cocoa in small bowl; sprinkle evenly over batter. Pour coffee over top; do not stir. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Serve warm with ice cream.
