3/4 csugar

1 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

1block (1 ounce) unsweetened baking chocolate

1/2 csugar

1/2 cpacked light brown sugar

1/4 cunsweetened cocoa

1 chot strong coffee

How To Make mocha fudge pudding cake

1Combine 3/4 cup sugar, the flour, baking powder, and salt in medium mixing bowl. Melt butter with baking chocolate in small saucepan over low heat; add to dry ingredients with milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan.

2Combine 1/2 cup sugar, the brown sugar, and cocoa in small bowl; sprinkle evenly over batter. Pour coffee over top; do not stir. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Serve warm with ice cream.
