  • 1 pkg
    14.5 ounces blueberry nut quick bread mix
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    semi sweet chocolate chips
  • topping (below)

How To Make mini chips blueberry breakfast cake

    Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of 9 inch square baking pan. In medium bowl, combine bread mix, sour cream, water, egg, and chocolate chips; stir until well moistened and blended.

    Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle Topping over batter. Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool; cut into squares.

    For Topping: In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons softened butter until crumbly. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
