I wanted a marshmallow icing for my S'mores cupcakes. I had an unopened jar of marshmallow cream and a can of vanilla cake frosting. I mixed them together and I was able to frost 36 cupcakes. Then, since I was feeling inspired, I made mimi s'mores with toasted mini marshmallows, Hershey milk chocolate bar sections and halved graham crackers. So cute and so good, and the best part, so simple. Has someone already come up with this Idea and forgot to tell me? Imagine all the different frosting flavors you could come up with!
