I have been making this cake for years, it is my go to for any occasion. It is moist, refreshing, easy to make and everyone loves it. Actually I love just about anything with cool whip. I hope you love it too.

Method:
Convection Oven

Ingredients

1 box
duncan hines lemon cake mix
4
eggs
1/2 c
oil
1 box
vanilla pudding (small)
1 box
cool whip (thawed)
1 can(s)
frozen lemon-aid (lrg, thawed)
1 can(s)
condensed milk

Step-By-Step

1Mix the cake mix, vanilla pudding, oil and eggs until it is smooth. Don't over beat.
2Bake the cake in a 9X13 metal pan at 350 degrees until a tooth pick comes out clean. It usually only takes about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your oven.
3While the cake is baking, combine cool whip (thawed), condensed milk and (thawed) lemon aid.
4Pour over hot cake. I sometimes punch holes in the cake before, I pour the mixture. Then refrigerate the cake for at least an hour. I usually leave it overnight.
