Ingredients For lemon bars

2 cflour

3/4 cpowdered sugar

1 cbutter
- TOPPING:

4eggs
-
5 Tbsplemon juice

1 Tbspgrated lemon zest
-
1 1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/4 cflour
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
powdered sugar for dusting
How To Make lemon bars

1In a bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press into an ungreased 13x9- inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

2For topping: In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest. Combine the granulated sugar, flour and baking powder. Stir into the egg mixture. Pour over crust.

3Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Dust with powdered sugar.
