What better way to celebrate than with Bailey's Irish cream in a brownie. These brownies are deep chocolate fudge. topped off with a sweet Bailey's frosting. Great for a party. Made as individual brownies in a cup cake tin. Change the color white chocolate Disc,or top with colored sprinkles. serve at any holiday party, or any day. Enjoy! They are delicious.

Ingredients For irish cream brownies with irish cream frosting

  • 1
    box ghirardelli brownie mix
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/3 c
    canola oil
  • 1/4 c
    bailey's irish cream
  • 3/4 c
    dark chocolate chips,or semi sweet
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnut's
  • FROSTING
  • 2 c
    confection sugar
  • 1/4 c
    softened butter
  • 3 - 4 Tbsp
    bailey's irish cream, or enough to make frosting smooth
  • 1 bag
    colored white chocolate melt disc's , or colored sprinkles.

How To Make irish cream brownies with irish cream frosting

    heat oven to 325 degree's. Spray cupcake tin with oil spray. (Do not use cupcake liners) Prepare brownie mix by combining all ingredients together. Mix well.

    fill cup cake wells to 3/4 full. place in oven and bake 20-25 minutes,or until done. Brownies will be moist. Poke holes in brownies with a tooth pick,and drizzle 2 tablespoons of Bailey's over brownies before frosting.

    Cool brownies. Remove from pan by inserting a knife around edge and lift out. Prepare frosting by beating all ingredients together.

    Frost brownies,and top with a colored candy melt disc, or colored sprinkles.
