Golden Vanilla Ice Cream Cake

- 1 package golden vanilla oreo cookies
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 gallon butter pecan ice cream
- 16 oz. jar butterscotch topping
- 8 oz. tub cool whip
1Crush cookies, a few at a time.
Melt butter and combine with cookie crumbs. Reserve 2 cups of crumbs for top. Press remaining crumbs in a 9x13 pan.
2Slice ice cream and press in place over crumbs. Top with butterscotch topping. Cover with Cool Whip.
3Sprinkle with reserved crumbs; cover and freeze until serving time.
