This recipe came from a friend at work. It's easy to make and you don't have to wash the bowl or beaters between steps. Hope you enjoy it too.

Ingredients

3/4 c
caramel ice cream topping
3
eggs
1 can(s)
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 can(s)
12 oz evaporated milk
1 tsp
vanilla extract

CAKE

1 box
yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c
water
1/3 c
canola oil
3
eggs

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 325. Spray non-stick bundt cake pan.
Put caramel topping in bundt pan

Whip flan ingredients (eggs, both cans of milk, vanilla extract) and pour in pan.
Prepare cake.
Pour over flan mixture (carefully).

Bake 45 minutes.
Cool 15-20 minutes then invert pan on plate.

Store in fridge.
