easy moist chocolate-sour cream cake

I wanted something chocolate the other day, but really didn't have much in the house, ( time to go shopping!,) so I found what ingredients I had and this turned up, so yummy!

Ingredients For easy moist chocolate-sour cream cake

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    sour cream, i used light
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • powdered sugar for dusting

How To Make easy moist chocolate-sour cream cake

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 8" pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine all ingredients, except for powdered sugar. mix until smooth.

    Pour batter into pan. Bake 25 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle w/ powdered sugar when cool.
