Ingredients

CAKE

2 c
sugar
1 c
vegetable oil
2 large
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla
3 c
flour
3/4 c
cocoa powder
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
each baking soda and salt
1 c
coffee room temp
1 c
buttermilk

FROSTING

8 oz
cream cheese softened
1 1/2 c
creamy peanut butter
1/2 c
powdered sugar
12 oz
cool whip

TOPPINGS

1 c
crushed oreo's
2 c
mini peanut butter cups or 1 small bag peanut butter cups
1/4 c
hot fudge sauce

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 9 by 13 pan.

2Mix the ingredients for cake together beat well. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool completely

3Whip the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar together. Fold in the whip cream. Spread over cooled cake

4Top with crushed cookies peanut butter cups and warm the hot fudge and drizzle over top.

5Tip. Can use fudge frosting instead of hot fudge.
