- butter or parkay
- 8 oz
- cream cheese
- 3 c
- 2 c
- 1 tsp
1Combine butter and cream cheese (you can soften in microwave). Mix together with blender until very fluffy.
2Add sugar, blend. Add eggs, one at a time until blended.
3Add flour gradually and then mix vanilla.
4Pour into greased/flour Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees until done. (normally about 60 minutes)
