Ingredients For coconut sour cream cake

  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • 1 can
    coconut flakes
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    whole milk
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 can
    coco lopez cream of coconut
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    almond extract

How To Make coconut sour cream cake

  • 1
    Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream and cream of coconut in a large bowl. Bake in a greased 9x12 inch pan for 30 minutes.

    When cake has cooled, blend sugar, cream cheese, milk and vanilla together. Spread on the cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
