Ingredients

COFFEE CAKE

2 c
bisquick
2/3 c
milk
2 Tbsp
stevia or sugar
1
egg

FILLING

1 can(s)
20 oz of your choice of pie filling

TOPPING

1/3 c
bisquick
1/3 c
packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp
firm butter or margarine

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 375˚F
2Stir together coffee cake ingredients until blended, then spread the soft dough evenly in a, well, I use an 11" x 7", rectangle, glass dish, sprayed w/ cooking oil. You can use what you like, 9" round, fluted cake pan...
3Next, open the yummy pie filling and spread it on top of the dough. Cherry is the flavor shown in the picture.
4Then stir together the topping ingredients by cutting in the butter. Sprinkle it over the pie filling evenly.
5Bake 22 minutes or 'till golden brown on top.
