This is my almost homemade cake that taste like Grandma made it! Who said that you have to be a seasoned baker to create an amazing cake. I'm so proud of myself, considering I may bake a cake once a year, no joke. This was rather fun. Cooking with Love & Passion. sw :)

Ingredients

FOR THE CAKE YOU WILL NEED

1 box
white cake mix
1 box
lemon insant pudding. 3.4 oz
4 large
eggs, cracked
1/2 c
clementine olive oil
1 c
greek whole milk yogurt
zest of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 lime, 1/2 orange
juice of lemon

FOR THE CITRUS GLAZE YOU WILL NEED

1 c
confectioners' sugar
2 Tbsp
mix of lemon, lime & orange juice
zest of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 lime, 1/2 orange

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all cake ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Mix ingredients on low with an electric mixer or by hand until the batter is a thick smooth consistency.

Spread cake batter into greased bundt pan or 2 small bundt pans.

Bake for 45-55 minutes until cake is golden brown, and inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Slice cake/s evenly across the top/s

Invert cake/s onto a cooling rack until completely cooled.

Combine glaze ingredients together in a small mixing bowl until smooth and drizzle over cake/s
