Ingredients

BATTER

1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 c
sugar
1/4 tsp
salt
2
envelopes-rapid rise yeast
2/3 c
very warm milk (120-130)
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
2 Tbsp
oil
1
egg

CINNAMON MIXTURE

3 Tbsp
butter, room temperature
3/4 c
brown sugar, light
1 1/2 tsp
cinnamon

ICING

1 c
confectioners' sugar
1-2 Tbsp
milk
1 Tbsp
butter melted
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1Mix batter ingredients in a pre-sprayed 8x8-inch baking dish; let rise 10 min.
2Mix cinnamon mixture in small bowl with fork.
3TOP
4Sprinkle cinnamon mixture evenly over batter
5Using finger tips,poke topping thoughlt into batter.
6BAKE
7IN COLD OVEN
8Place in cold oven.
9set oven temperature to 350. Bake 25-30 min.,until lightly browned and firm in center
10Cool 10 min
11ICING
12Combine icing ingredients and drizzle over warm cake
