This cake is one my Mom used to make she gave me the recipe a long time ago and I just found it.

Convection Oven

Ingredients

2 c
flour
2 tsp
soda
3 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
vanilla
3 Tbsp
cocoa
2 c
sugar
1 tsp
salt

eggs
1 1/2 c
salad oil
1 1/2 c
canned pumpkin pie mix

FROSTING:

1/2 stick
butter
1 1/2 c
powder sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
almond extract milk

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients for the cake and beat with electric mixer.

Pour into greased and floured bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.

Cool about 30 minutes before turning out of pan.

To make frosting melt butter over low heat.

Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond flavoring.

Add just enough milk to make frosting easy to spread.
