Low Fat Chocolate Fudge Brownies

These are full of rich chocolate flavor and only 180 calories and 4 grams of fat for a good size brownie. Typically a regular Brownie has about 11 grams of fat per brownie. If you have a craving for something sweet. Grab one of these with out sabotaging your diet. You won't even know they are low fat. They are very chocolaty. These brownies are quick to prepare,and bake. Only 5 minutes prep time.

Ingredients

1 c
sugar
2 Tbsp
softened butter
3/4 c
unsweetened apple sauce
1
egg,or 2 egg whites
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
cocoa powder unsweetened
3/4 c
whole wheat pastry flour
9-12
walnut halves if desired

Step-By-Step

1heat oven to 350 degree's
Spray an 8x8 pan with vegetable oil spray

2Beat the butter,sugar,egg,apple sauce,and vanilla together.
Slowly add the cocoa and flour a little at a time. Beat on low speed until mixed well.

3Pour in to prepared pan,Add one walnut per brownie on top of batter. Push in slightly, if desired. Bake about 25 minutes,or until pick comes out moist but not wet.

4Note: cut in to 9 equal pieces at 4 grams of fat each,or cut in to 18 pieces for 2 grams of fat each
