Ingredients For chocolate chip blondies

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    light brown sugar, packed
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    vanilla or white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans or walnuts

How To Make chocolate chip blondies

    Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of an 8 inch square baking pan. Cream together butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Beat in egg and vanilla.

    Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture; beat until just blended. Do not over mix.

    Add white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and pecans to batter. Stir until batter is well blended.

    Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
