Caramel cheesecake pie w/ pecans

This is a lower fat version of a pie my aunt used to make. Even though it's lower in calories and fat, it is gooey and oh so yummy!

Ingredients

8 oz pkgs fat free cream cheese, softened
1
4 oz pkg sugar free, instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c
fat free plain yogurt, i used greek yogurt
1 c
fat free milk
1
9" reduced-fat graham cracker crust
1 tsp
vanilla
3 Tbsp
chopped pecans
1/4 c
sugar free caramel sundae topping, like smuckers

Step-By-Step

1In lg bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Beat in pudding mix, yogurt, milk and vanilla.
2Spread into crust. Cover, refrigerate 4 hrs. Drizzle w/ caramel sauce. Sprinkle w/ pecans.
