raisins (soaked for 5 minutes in boiling water and drained)
Combine first 6 ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in raisins.
Pour into a well greased bundt pan.
Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture over batter and swirl through batter with a knife to achieve a marbled effect in the finished cake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cakes tests done with a toothpick inserted in center.
Cool for 10 minutes and turn onto rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
