Applesauce Swirl Cake

Original recipe was from a can of Lucky Leaf applesauce, so it's an oldie but goodie!

Ingredients

CAKE

1 pkg
yellow cake mix
1/4 c
cornstarch
1 c
cinnamon applesauce
1/2 c
oil
4
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
raisins (soaked for 5 minutes in boiling water and drained)

SWIRL

1/4 c
sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Combine first 6 ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in raisins.

2Pour into a well greased bundt pan.

3Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture over batter and swirl through batter with a knife to achieve a marbled effect in the finished cake.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cakes tests done with a toothpick inserted in center.

5Cool for 10 minutes and turn onto rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
