Ingredients

CAKE

3 c
flour
1 c
sugar
4 tsp
baking powder
1/4 tsp
salt
1 1/2 c
milk
2
eggs
2 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
butter, melted

TOPPING

1 c
butter, softened
1 c
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
flour
1 Tbsp
cinnamon

GLAZE

1 1/4 c
confectioners' sugar
3 Tbsp
milk or cream
2 1/2 Tbsp
maple syrup

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.
2Add all the cake ingredients, except the butter, to a large mixing bowl; beat until all ingredients are evenly mix together.
3Add the melted butter and slowly stir it into the batter.
4Pour into the greased baking pan.
5Mix all the topping ingredients together; beat until well combined.
6Drop the topping by teaspoons evenly over the batter.
7Using a table knife, swirl the topping back and forth through the batter.
8Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.
9Prepare the glaze with the cake is baking. Stir all ingredients together until smooth.
10When the cake is done, remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack. Drizzle the glaze evenly over the warm cake.
