red wine, dry burgundy
Combine flour,baking powder,salt, in small bowl.
Beat well surgar,egg,oil & vanilla in sperate larger bowl.
Add dry ingredients into wet,till it forms into a dough. Let rest 5 minutes.
Pinch of dough into smaller piesces,about an inch,
deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Drain on paper towells,(optional sprinkle with powder sugar or honey).
