whole wheat flour
each: salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
dark brown sugar
canned pumpkin (not pie mix)
canola or other salad oil
chopped nuts, such as walnuts or pecans
1Mix soda, baking powder, salt and spices with flour. Combine sugar, pumpkin, oil and vanilla. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts until evenly mixed
2Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes.
