Ingredients

2 c
organic pure cane sugar
1 c
butter, softened
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1
egg
2 c
whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
kosher salt
6 oz
mini semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)

Step-By-Step

1heat oven to 375 deg F. In a large bowl, stir in sugar,butter,vanilla and egg until well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in Chocolate Chips.
2On ungreased cookie shee, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
3Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (center will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.
Makes 3 dozen cookies
