in large sauce pan bring to boil, milk,butter,almond bark and sugars. boil one min remove from heat. add vanilla and peanut butter stirring till smooth. add coconut and the oatmeal. stir completely till all the oats are mended.
let cool for 5mins then spoon on to wax or parchment paper. cool completely in fridge 1-2 hours and place in sealed air tight container in the fridge.
