Ingredients
| 1 c | butter |
| 1 1/2 c | white sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| 2 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 2 1/2 c | all-purpose flour |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 12 oz | white chocolate, chopped |
| 10 oz | jar macadamia nuts, chopped |

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the egg and vanilla.In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt, stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the white chocolate and nuts. Chill for about 1 hour in the refrigerator. Drop cookies by heaping teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. When cool, store in an airtight container.

These look outstanding! And always hunting a recipe to sent to the troops!
Last year we shipped 9 cases of cooking,pies and candy me and my husband made as well as 2 cases of Homemade Texas Trash for there movie night. Thanks for reminding me it's getting close to time to start making. They tell me using a food saver everything got there and tasted really fresh! I'll try these for them this year as well. Thanks for sharing! They sure sound totally Yummy!!!!!

Have been wanting to make some White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies so I went into JAP specifically to find a recipe for them...and yours was one of them.
