Ingredients

1 2/3 c
flour
3/4 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
3/4 c
butter, softened
3/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1
large egg
2 c
vanilla or white chocolate chips
1 c
coconut, flaked, toasted, if desired
3/4 c
macadamia nuts, chopped

Step-By-Step

1Sift dry ingredients.

2Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Beat in egg.

3Gradually beat in flour mixture.

4Stir in white chocolate chips, coconut and nuts.

5Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

6Bake at 375 degrees for 8-11 minutes.
