baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt

butter, softened
3/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla

large egg
2 c
vanilla or white chocolate chips
1 c
coconut, flaked, toasted, if desired
3/4 c
macadamia nuts, chopped

Sift dry ingredients.

Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Beat in egg.

Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Stir in white chocolate chips, coconut and nuts.

Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
