Ingredients For vinegar cookies

1 c

butter, room temperature
1 c

sugar
1 1/2 c

all purpose flour
1 tsp

distilled vinegar
1 tsp

baking soda
1 c

chopped nuts ( i use pecans)

How To Make vinegar cookies

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together, butter and sugar. Add vinegar,soda,flour and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes depending on your oven. Don't over bake, remove when light golden color. Cool on wire rack.
