I use a large soup spoon about 1 1/2 Tblsp. of dough and put 6 on a very large rimmed cookie sheet with a silacone peel on it. Bake 10 to 12 if smaller and 17 if larger. They will be light brown around the edges. You can let them cool on one sheet and pop in the other one if you have two.I can make about 17 or 20 cookies in one shot and put them in a plastic container on the counter. A cookie jar would be great huh? Enjoy!
