I took all my favorite cookie ingredients and combined them into one cookie bar. I was going to call these The Ultimate Fat Girl Cookiebar but I didnt want to offend anyone,lol. These ooze with awesomeness!! This cookiebar has a cookie layer , then a fudgey layer topped with Caramel and Pecans..mmmm. Chocolate, peanut butter, caramel, fudge and pecans..oh boy!!

Ingredients For ultimate supreme fudgey cookiebars

  • 1 stick
    butter flavor crisco baking stick(equals one cup)
  • 3/4 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • FUDGEY LAYER
  • 14 oz
    can condensed milk(i used eagle brand)
  • 2 c
    semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • TOPPINGS
  • 1 jar
    caramel topping ( i used 16oz hersheys caramel topping)
  • 3/4 c
    toasted chopped pecans

How To Make ultimate supreme fudgey cookiebars

    Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray

    In a medium sized saucepan prepare the fudgey layer. Melt butter, add condensed milk, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Heat over medium heat until everything is melted and blended well. Remove from heat and set aside

    Cookie layer Cream togather crisco, brown sugar, sugar, peanut butter vanilla and egg. Add baking soda and salt. Slowly add flour then oatmeal. Stir in chocolate chips.

    With floured hands press 3/4 of the cookie mixture into the 9x13 pan.Reserve the 1/4 of Cookie mix for later.

    Pour Fudgey mixture ontop ..spread and cover cookie bottom completely.

    Pour caramel topping ontop of fudge. Take a butter knife and slightly swirl the caramel into the fudgey layer. Careful not to go into the cookie layer.

    Sprinkle toasted pecans ontop . Then 1/4 of the cookie mixture drop random chunks of the mixture ontop of that.

    Place in a 350 degree oven on the center rack for 30min.

    Allow to completey cool before cutting.
