Ingredients For triple chocolate chip cookies

  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    sea salt
  • 2 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3 x lg
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 - 12 oz pkg
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 - 12 oz pkg
    milk chocolate chips
  • 1 - 12 oz pkg
    white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c
    coconut, unsweetened (optional)
  • 1 c
    walnuts or pecans, toasted & chopped

How To Make triple chocolate chip cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder & salt. Set aside.

    In standing mixer, combine butter & sugars. Beat on high until light & fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add in eggs, 1 at a time; mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla.

    Carefully add flour mixture; beating well after each addition. Fold in all chocolate chips, coconut & nuts.

    Drop the dough by round tbsp about 2" apart onto baking sheets lined with silpat liners. Flatten slightly. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Cool on sheets 5 minutes before removing & placing on wire rack to cool completely.
