Ingredients

IN A MIXING BOWL ADD
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp lemon extract
1 large egg
1/3 c peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
MIX WELL AND ADD
1 1/3 c flour
1/3 c rolled oats
1/4 c sesame seeds
1/8 c poppy seeds

Eric named this one yesterday when I threw a bunch of stuff together and made these

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix it all up and drop by spoonfuls on to a cookie sheet.

Cook 10-12 minutes and take from oven.

Cookies will be soft and so good.

Wonder how this would be without the seeds? I can't eat them. Do you have a nother idea of something to put in them?

Kerry my advice is pass this one up. the seeds with the lemon is what makes it. the oatmeal gives it a little chewing ability and the peanut butter is a faint wow that is that.

Kerry...

what about adding shredded coconut instead of the seeds, or maybe some crushed nuts to add the teture of the seeds... the taste will be mildly different but not too much....
